Book Your Portrait Session

NOTE

We are delighted to invite you to book a portrait session with us, specializing in capturing beautiful moments in various genres such as maternity, newborn, cakesmash, headshots or personal branding, glamour, kids and family portraits. Your unique story deserves to be told, and we are dedicated to creating stunning imagery that reflects your individuality.
To secure your spot, please choose a convenient date and time for your session and proceed with the booking. Please note that a session fee is required to confirm your reservation. The session fee is a non-refundable amount and will be adjusted in your chosen portrait session package. Here's an example to illustrate: if you book a portrait session and select a package priced at $650, the $200 booking fee will be deducted from the package price. You will then need to pay the remaining balance of $450 on or before the day of the shoot.

We want to ensure that your portrait session is a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our team of talented photographers and videographers will work closely with you to understand your vision and capture the essence of your story. We value your time and will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Please keep in mind that the booking is tentative, and we will confirm your slot within the next 2-3 days. If you have any urgent requirements, questions, or you are not able to find approriate booking slot, please don't hesitate to contact us directly via phone or message. We always strive to accommodate urgent bookings whenever possible. Throughout your session, we will create a comfortable and relaxed environment, allowing your genuine emotions to shine through. We will beautifully edit each photograph, ensuring that you receive a collection of high-quality images that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Terms and Conditions
  1. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES – Ruchika Jain Photography ensures that every effort will be made to provide high quality photography/videography services. In the unforeseen circumstances that they may not be able to work due to illness, accident, injury or other casualties, acts of God/force major/unpredicted natural events, or any other course beyond the control  in the unlikely event the images are lost through theft, fire, equipment malfunction, Liability is limited to a full refund of any payments received only. Please note, we have working methods in place to prevent the loss or damage to your images of professional camera equipment, computer hardware, and backup equipment. In any such event, our liabilities are limited to a full refund of any balance paid or offer a Reshoot.
  2. Cancellation or Rescheduling Booking – RuchikaJain Photography has reserved the mentioned time and date for Photographing this event, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, client would be charged for the reservation deposit amount even if the date is changed or the event is cancelled for any reason, including Acts of God, fire, strike, and/or extreme weather. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the  photography package and the balance is to be paid in full, before the day of the shoot.
  3. RAW /Unedited Photographs/Videos  are not included , only edited products are provided to the clients. It is understood that client has reviewed and is fully satisfied with the Photography and Videography style of Ruchika Jain Photography. We recommend the client goes through our style and creativity samples thoroughly by visiting their Facebook page or website or any provided links.  Incase of any event shoots, Photos shall be chosen by the photographer only unless prior discussed.
  4. Our pricing includes the rights to use selected photos & videos for marketing. We may share some of them on social media, websites or in advertising for keeping our portfolio up to date and showcase our unique and creative work. However, I understand and respect that you may want to keep your images private. If you prefer that your images not be used for any of the above purposes, you have the option to add an exclusive license to your base package at an additional cost of 10% of your package. This exclusive license grants you complete control over the use of your images and ensures they will not be shared publicly.Charging an additional fee for this exclusive license helps cover the costs of maintaining competitive rates while respecting your privacy preferences. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have around this.
  5. It is understood that Ruchika Jain Photography may not deliver every exposure taken. The Client agrees to abide by Ruchika Jain Photography’s editing decisions.
